By using a remote model (we never come on-site) we save you time and travel expenses. But that doesn’t mean that you’re working without a net. We take you through every step and if you need any extra help, just call, we’re always happy to help.


Step 1: Welcome phone call


We’ll assign both a sales rep and an implementation coordinator to ensure your experience is smooth


Step 2: Complete paperwork


We’ll help you with all of the details including getting your credit card processor set up.


Step 3: Installation preparation


We’ll walk you through what needs to be prepared in your store so that you’re not left scrambling at the last minute


Step 4: In depth review of your goals and products


You know your business better than anyone. Combining your knowledge of your staff and customers with our expertise in POS ensures that Halo Retail POS will meet your needs.


Step 5: Product review


Before we get started building your Halo Retail configuration, we’ll review all of the information we’ve collected.  This small step saves a ton of time in the long run.  This is where any misunderstandings and outstanding questions get cleared up.


Step 6: Halo Retail POS configuration set up


Your Halo Retail Implementation Coordinator will get everything ready to go so that you don’t waste any time


Step 7: Halo Retail POS configuration review


We’ll go through every screen with you to make sure that your system is perfect.


Step 8: Training


By now, you’ll have received your equipment and have it all set up and ready to go. We’ll train you and your key staff. By the time you’re done, you’ll know everything you need to be successful.


Step 9: Go-Live Day!


We’ll walk you through everything that you need to do to get going on the day when you start using Halo Retail for the first time


Step 10: Follow up and Service


Congratulations! You’re up and running with Halo Retail. If you need any help, our help desk is available 24/7. (After-hours support is reserved for emergency calls).
